PL 18 Free Will

The subject I will discuss tonight is free will. People are forever and ever debating this subject.

One group claims there is no free will whatsoever: everything is fate or destiny. Another group says, more or less, that there is only free will. According to a third group, some things are determined by free will while others are not. Now which is actually true?
