This module one of the Pathwork Online course was very good for me. I became aware of defense mechanisms that one creates to deal with the problems faced in life and that such mechanisms only lead to further distancing one from true happiness. I also learned some tools to work on my self-development towards spiritual evolution and that there is a long and exciting path ahead.
